PADI
Rescue Diver Course can be defined better as challenging and
rewarding. This course will help you to improve your knowledge and
experience level. The divers of this program are taught how to to be
safe and how to help other divers and are taught about other divers
safety and their well being. The training of this program not only
will make you aware of how to solve problems faced when diving, also
you are taught to manage situations in emergency. A survey from
divers has confirmed that this is the best ever diving course. This program offers the following:
Self-rescue and diver stress
Emergency management and equipment
Panicked diver response
In-water rescue breathing protocols
Egress (exits)
Dive accident scenarios
Training
of this course includes:
a. Classroom practices, theory and exams.
b. Confined and Open water training sessions.
c. 4 open water dives
Duration of the program is 3 days.
This program costs 11,900 baht and the package includes Rescue Diver
Manual, Full equipment, BCD, Reg, Wetsuit, Mask and snorkel, fins,
weights, tanks, lunch fruit, water, and PADI instructor.
Emergency
First Response
Proof of completion of a sanctioned CPR program is to be shown to
complete the PADI Rescue Diver course within the 24 months.
Emergency First Response courses encompass:
CPR for adults, children and infants
First aid for adults, children and infants
Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training
The Emergency First Response Instructor and Instructor Trainer
courses
Duration of the course is 1/2 day. It costs 4,400 baht.
Note: It is recommended not to fly for at least 24 hours after
completing multiple scuba dives on multiple days.
