Can people of all age group participate in this program?

People with good health and who is fit and people feeling convenient to be in water can join and get the PADI Open Water Diver certification. People above 14 years of age can participate in PADI Open Water Diver program. However if children below 14years are interested to participate in the program we do have a separate program for them which is PADI Jr Open Water Diver program. However children between 10 - 14 years of age only are allowed to participate in this junior program. A PADI Jr Open Water Diver between the ages of 10 and 11 years may only dive with a PADI Professional, a certified parent or certified guardian to a maximum depth of 12 metres/40 feet.

What will be done in the course?

You will be trained in the basics of scuba diving including the usage of equipment and the techniques. You will be able to attain the rating in five pool dives and knowledge development sessions and by making four open water (ocean or lake) dives.

What is the Course period?

It takes upon 3 to 4 days for our Open Water Diver courses; however PADI programs are based on performance. You will be moving to next level seeing your expertness in the course. This allows you to work at a pace of your convenience.

Open Water divers Open Water Course Program

Day 1:

Review of PADI Open water Video and complete questionnaires. Confined water training.

Day 2:

• Open Water Dives 1 and 2

• Log dives and review session

Day 3:

• Open Water Dives 3 and 4

• Log dives and review session

• Final Exam

Duration: 3 or 4 days. Cost for PADI Open Water Course is 12,700 baht.

The package includes Open Water Manual, Full equipment, BCD, Reg, Wetsuit, Mask and snorkel, fins, weights, tanks, lunch fruit, water, and PADI instructor.
